A hands-on technical role with responsibility for technical end to end design and configuration. The prime objective to develop a high grade integrated services encompassing ICR(Genesys), CTI, Dialler, Internet Suite, IVR, ACD.
Key Results
·Act as a development lead for build and integration functions
·Liaise with internal development groups to ensure delivery of systems and*or components with agreed functionality and within agreed timescales.
·Where appropriate manage contracts with external suppliers to deliver systems and*or components with agreed functionality and within agreed timescales and budgets
·Provide Key interface for reporting and system performance criteria
·Quality Management
Essential Skills
Genesys installation and configuration.
·2 + years Java, J2EE development
·Unix Administration – Solaris or Linux
·2+ years C++ development experience
·Oracle (8 + 9)development experience (knowledge of store procedures)
Desirable Skills:
·Previous Genesys management experience
·IN, SCP, Telecomms knowledge
